2025 Grantee

Texas Small Farmers & Ranchers-CBO

Texas Small Farmers & Ranchers-CBO is expanding access to institutional markets for small-scale and historically excluded farmers in East Texas through the Soil-to-Profit Digital Marketplace. This platform connects rural and urban producers to institutional buyers, provides real-time market data, and streamlines logistics to enable equitable procurement. The project will pilot and scale digital tools, collective GAP certification, and non-asset-based aggregation to ensure producers can sell consistently, increase revenue, and build long-term resilience, creating a transparent, data-driven Southern food system where small farmers thrive in regional farm-to-institution markets.
