The Greene County Agri-Skills Partnership located in Eutaw, Alabama is a collaboration between iLOGIC Sustainable Industries, LLC, Rooted Farms, LLC and Brighter Futures, Broader Horizons (501c3) workforce development program. The partners are teaming up to fill a gap in the local food ecosystem – naturally grown, free range and affordable poultry and eggs. With support from the Growing Justice Fund, the farms will pilot a media campaign and workshop series to encourage young people ages 16-26 to pursue fulfilling careers that feed their own community.
