New Season Community Development Corporation seeks to revitalize the downtown areas of the small towns in rural northwestern Yolo County. We purchase properties, rehabilitate them, and find new commercial tenants with businesses that will add to the local economy and create new jobs for community residents. In service of this mission we also undertake projects that beautify these areas and provide other services that augment new economic development.
