2025 Grantee

Good Farm Fund

Good Farm Fund’s Indigenous Foodways program supports Tribal-led food sovereignty by accelerating projects like Just Soup, which transforms locally and tribally grown ingredients into freeze-dried, culturally relevant meals for schools, health programs, and community distribution. Just Soup connects Native farmers, fishers, and foragers to institutional buyers, creating a values-driven supply chain that ensures fair compensation, builds workforce skills, and strengthens local food economies. With infrastructure, training, and shared procurement systems provided by Good Farm Fund, Just Soup is scaling production, preserving traditional foods, and demonstrating how Indigenous communities can reclaim food systems and influence equitable institutional purchasing.
